If I could give him 20 stars I would. Daniel is very patient, professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond but I must say his biggest strengths are his honesty and integrity and the fact that he really does care. I walked into his office in May looking for a rental as I had literally days prior arrived in South Bend for a new job. He advised me I would be paying way too much in rent and would be better to purchase. After talking it over with my husband, we agreed and he connected me to Kevin, our loan officer. We didn't think we could qualify for a house with a new job in a new state and to be honest, not the best credit but with a little work on our end to fix some things and get our scores up, we were approved. I was very skeptical if the whole transaction could be done in time as we had a very short window before I needed to be out of my temporary housing and bring my family up from Florida. At the time we were looking it was a sellers market and pretty much everything I looked at was gone in less than a day barely giving us any time to even book an appointment to see it. The day I made an offer on my house Daniel had me scheduled for 5 or 6 viewings with my heart set that I would be finding my house that day. I only made it to the first viewing and placed and offer. 35 DAYS. THATS RIGHT! 35 days after getting an accepted offer we closed on our house. This is my first home so I was not sure of what was normal or not. I freaked out A LOT but and I honestly wouldn't be surprised if I am the cause of a few grey hairs.
